HCT Sun commissions its first-ever ground-mounted solar PV system

Location: Satara

HCT Sun has marked an exciting achievement in its quest to make more sustainable energy while also helping customers reduce their carbon footprint and electricity bills: we have commissioned our first ground-mounted solar system for an agro food packaging facility in Satara.

This project, with a total capacity of 980 kWp, will provide solar power to two facilities. The power generated from this system will be equivalent to planting 16,000 trees each year.

HCT Sun developed this project using an OPEX solution. We designed, installed, and will be operating and maintaining the project at no extra cost to the client. The client will reap the benefits by paying only for the power consumed, and that, too, will be at guaranteed lower tariffs than the discom.

With this milestone under its belt, HCT Sun looks forward to adding many more ground-mounted solar projects in Maharashtra, with the ultimate goal of providing high-quality solar power systems and affordable electricity to our clients.
