Mr. Aryeh Glickman

Managing Director

Mr. Aryeh Glickman is founder and CEO of HCT Sun. The former CEO of SEP Energy (India), he has over 14 years' hands-on experience managing renewable energy independent power production in India.

Mr. Aryeh Glickman is founder and CEO of HCT Sun. The former CEO of SEP Energy (India), he has over 14 years’ hands-on experience managing renewable energy independent power production in India. In his previous roles, Mr. Glickman sold power directly to customers within India’s Open Access regulations. He has experience in operating generating assets in the Indian environment, using Western-level maintenance norms in India to ensure maximum machine up time and production.

Mr. Glickman has worked extensively with regulators and Indian utilities to obtain necessary permits in a timely manner, gaining in-depth knowledge of how to tap local incentives for renewable energy.

Mr. Robbie Diamond is founder, president and CEO of Securing America’s Future Energy (SAFE) and Electrification Coalition, two of the leading advocacy and EV development organization in U.S. He has served in this capacity since 2004.
Mr. Diamond has years of experience raising funding for projects. He works closely with the SAFE ESLC chairman, Fredric W. Smith, chairman, president and CEO of FedEx Corporation and General James Conway, 34th Commandant of the Marine Corps.
Mr. Diamond also serves on the Boards of Rhombus Energy Solutions, an inverter company he helped found in 2012, and GridPoint, a leading energy management service company.

Mr. Louis Mayberg is a co-founder and principal advisor to ProShares and ProFunds, serving as their president for 15 years until March 2012. With over 30 years of experience in financial services and investments, he has successfully created and rehabilitated numerous companies. His recent endeavors include W2Fuel, a multi-state bio-chemical refinery, and Convergence Development, which facilitates inner-city urban renewal by providing affordable home ownership options for low-income working families, surpassing renting costs. With a profound impact on various industries, Mr. Mayberg continues to drive positive change through his visionary leadership and impactful initiatives.

Ms. Shraddha Naik is a chartered accountant, with more than 12 years of experience in handling finance activities in the power sector. Before joining HCT Sun, Ms. Naik worked at TATA Power, including in group units such as thermal and solar.
During her time at TATA Power, Shraddha helped secure funding worth $2.7 billion for India’s first Ultra Mega Power project.

Her other achievements include leading acquisition of 30 MW wind project.
At TATA Power, she also evaluated M&A transitions and managed forex risks by hedging through short- and long-term cash flow management.

Mr. Dhatchina Moorthy

Chief Technical Officer - Operations

Mr. Moorthy holds a degree in engineering, and has more than 20 years of experience in the field, with a background in product development and R&D.

Mr. Moorthy holds a degree in engineering, and has more than 20 years of experience in the field, with a background in product development and R&D.

Mr. Moorthy served as head of R&D at Electromags, a unit of Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation, Wadia Group. He has a great deal of experience in the field of renewable energy in a variety of spheres – generation, performance enhancement, regulation, and permitting.

Before joining HCT, he was director and CEO of SEP Energy Pvt. Ltd. He specializes in adapting the latest technologies to existing projects, ensuring that assets are performing as efficiently as possible.

With more than 16 years of diverse experience, Sidharth Charkha is an accomplished entrepreneur, strategist, and innovator. Prior to founding Farmogo, an agritech startup, he managed a portfolio of over 1000 MW of solar projects and led the international expansion as Head of Business Development in Mahindra Susten across SE Asia, Australia and Middle East. His achievements include patent-granted innovations in IoT based irrigation control system at Mechatronics Systems and successful project engineering at Siemens Limited. Sidharth has an MBA from IIM Indore, holds a Bachelor's degree in electronics and telecommunication engineering. Sidharth's dynamic leadership drives innovation and sustainable growth across Renewable Energy, Agritech, Water, IoT, and more.

servicing. Her domain expertise includes travel management, business development,
vendor negotiations, travel risk mitigation, and business events management. Sonia
has effectively managed multiple high-priority clients, prioritizing exceptional
customer experiences. She possesses a unique blend of client-centricity, excellent
communication, and technical skills. Her earlier roles include Senior Manager
positions at CWT and SOTC Business Travel, among others. Sonia holds MBA in Marketing
(Part-time), a Bachelor of Arts degree, and Airline Diploma. Her dedication and
extensive experience make her a valuable asset in delivering outstanding client
service across diverse domains.

Albert Sen boasts 15 years of experience in executing, commissioning, and maintaining Solar and Thermal power projects. With 7 years dedicated to solar power plants, handling projects up to 2.1 GW, and 8 years of expertise in Thermal power plant operations, Albert has a proven track record. He served as Manager (Project and O&M) at ADANI GREEN Energy TN LTD, overseeing the Kamuthi 648 MW Solar Power Plant. His career includes roles in various ADANI power plants, including a 5 X 660 MW Thermal plant in Tirora, Maharashtra. Albert has experience working in India as well as overseas, he has worked on 2.1GW AlDhafra project, UAE. He holds a B.E. in Control and Instrumentation Engineering.
