HCT Sun is pleased to announce the commissioning of new rooftop solar PV projects for a large industrial and warehousing park in Thane, Maharashtra. Common amenities at the industrial park, including common lighting and elevators, will now be powered by solar energy. The solar projects are part of the industrial park developer’s goals to make the property a green park.
Through HCT’s Opex solar project, our client will enjoy significant cost savings without having to arrange any upfront capital investment that is usually required for a solar project. The total installed rooftop solar capacity is 386.33 kWp, which will help the client reduce 493 tons/year in CO2 emissions, equivalent to planting 5741 trees every year.
For these projects, HCT Sun used imported flat-roof solar mounting structures, which are being used in India for the first time. These structures are internationally certified to withstand high wind speed. They are non penetrative and light-weight, thereby avoiding any damage to rooftops.
HCT looks forward to making it possible for our clients to reap economic benefits from our projects. We are committed to providing solar power to all types of businesses and service providers without any upfront investment.
